  • I see clients Tuesday-Thursday in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Groups generally take place in the evening. I meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly. When a client is in maintenance, we meet once a month or quarterly for an oil change, until they feel ready to graduate. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Extended sessions (90 minutes) may be available. 

    Intensives are available Thursday - Sunday.

  • You will keep a credit card in your personal file through our HIPPA Compliant client portal. Payments are processed the day of service. You may be eligible to pay with FSA or HSA funds, if you have them. 

  • Sessions are $225 per 50-minute client session. Extended sessions are prorated accordingly. 

    Intensive sessions are $275 for 55-minute sessions with breaks as nature requires.

    For professionals seeking IFS consultation or business coaching, the rate is $300 per 50-minute session. Extended sessions are prorated accordingly. 

    I keep a relatively small caseload to ensure your care is exceptional. A smaller caseload also ensures that I am taking care of myself so I can be fully available and grounded when I'm with you and make the most of your time.

  • I do not. Even when I worked as a therapist full-time and was eligible to provide services through insurance, I chose not to do so. I prefer to work with my clients rather than for their insurance companies. 

  • I also offer intensives. Intensives run anywhere from 5 hours over two days to 25 hours over the course of two weeks. Intensives are created specific to your needs and schedule. I prefer we build around your needs rather than you fit into a set agenda. For more information on Intensives, click here

  • My hope is for you to find footing and trust yourself to know you have the tools to navigate life and thrive. Nobody needs a guru; you already have what you need, it's just been buried under all that life has thrown your way. 

    The length of time someone comes to sessions varies wildly. It can depend on what help, if any, someone has had in the past, what experiences cause you to seek care in the first place, and what you most desire for your future. Some folks collaborate with me for 6 months, some for several years. It is always your call, and there is no long-term commitment.

  • We meet virtually by HIPPA compliant Zoom. Online sessions are a benefit to many as it eliminates barriers to care, such as geographic distance, travel time, and physical limitations for those with disabilities or chronic pain.

    Clients are often surprised to learn they prefer online sessions after we’ve met once. They are more comfortable in their familiar environment and feel more relaxed and open. 

    Much research shows that online assistance can be as effective as in-person sessions. Additionally, online sessions promote consistency by making regular appointments easier, creating better healing outcomes.

    Christina will take exceptional care of you. She will set up an initial complimentary 20-minute phone meet and greet or schedule your initial session. There is no long-term commitment either way.

    I want to ensure we are a good fit and that I am the best person to provide what you need. If not, we'll get you to the right person. I'm more interested in the care you receive than that you get that care from me. 

  • I don't work with kids or teens. I work primarily with adults over 30. I don't work with anyone under the age of 18. Feel free to contact my office for a referral. We've have a deep and wide network of fantastic providers and can direct you to someone who may be a fit.
