Learn and Apply IFS: Gain a deep understanding of the IFS model and how to apply it to your own inner world, as well as in your work with clients, your team, and fellow travelers on the path of healing.
Practice in Dyads and Triads: Engage in a consistent practice with a level 3 trained and Certified IFS Practitioner through dyads and triads. Enhance your understanding in an encouraging experiential space.
Witness Live Demonstrations: Observe real-world IFS demonstrations in a small group setting for deeper learning. You’ll be provided practical insights and real-time feedback.
Understand Importance of Self-Energy: Explore the essential nature of Self-energy and its critical role in effectively helping others. Gain a new sense of confidence in accessing your own.
Access Healing Resources: Identify and understand the healing resources available through IFS to meet both personal and client needs.
Get all your questions answered: Ample time is allotted for any and all questions. We’ll dive deep into the what, how, and why of the unfolding beauty of IFS. Bring your curiosity.
Groups are never larger than 6 members!
The small group setting allows for deeper engagement and integrated learning, and provides training catered to the specific learning needs of the small group.

● Date: March 5 - July 30, 2025
● Time: Wednesdays 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Mountain Time
● Where: Zoom
● Frequency: Two hours once a week for 21 weeks.
● Group Size: Limited to 6 participants to ensure exceptionally personalized attention
● Investment: $499/month for 6 months OR 2 payments of $1372 (a savings of $250)
